Modern Dance

Course Description

Discover new expressive and creative ways to dance. Modern dance is based on many different modern dance pioneers and tends to be an organic dance style created at the rejection of ballet’s disciplined dance rules. As it has evolved, it has become a mix of many dance styles, including Jazz, African, Caribbean and Ballet. Students will dance barefoot as they explore the world of Modern.
