Dance costumes…Students and Parents of dancers, please note that the costumes for the end of year production (Rehearsal /performance week begins May 28th) have been ordered.  You may see a picture(s) of your dancers costume(s) in the lobby at the studio.  Costumes will be handed out after Easter Break (April 10-16) as they are shipped to us.

If you must drop you’re a\class for any reason, please understand you are still responsible for payment in full at the time of leaving.

Frequent absences:  the months of March, April and May are crucial ones in our dance classes.  We are in the final days of preparing for our performances.  From now until performance time, every classroom minute is precious time necessary to rehearse the routines that we will applaud from our seats in the audience in June.  PLEASE MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO HAVE YOUR STUDENT IN CLASS EACH WEEK.  We understand that there will be unavoidable circumstances when your child will have to miss class; those things happen in all of our families.  When absence is necessary, thank you for calling our office before your child’s class to let us know.

Inclement Weather

Please remember to call the studio if we have bad weather.  There will be a message on the phone by 1:00.  

My child is sick, what do I do about class?

There is a lot of illness in our midst.  Please do not bring students to class who a running a fever.  If you must be absent due to illness please call the studio, 226-9700, and let us know.
